My Story

I have always wanted to help people.

Not in a vague, aspirational way. In a deeply practical, roll-up-our-sleeves, let's-figure-this-out way.

For thirty years I built things in the corporate world — products, pipelines, solutions, strategies. I held the structure behind the scenes so others could succeed. At the intersection of data, process and people, I made sure vision became reality.

I loved it. I was good at it. But the whole time, something else was quietly building underneath.

I am a Maritimer at heart, with deep Acadian roots. I left for the big city with my young family seeking more — and found it, in ways I didn't expect. But wherever you go, there you are. Home called us back, the salt air and family ties. And coming back to these shores has been its own kind of return.

Holistic living has pulled at me my entire life — long before it had a name I could put on a business card.

I kept circling back. Something always brought me home to it — a course, a practice, a teacher who said exactly the right thing at exactly the right moment. I told myself the timing wasn't right. The truth is I wasn't ready yet.

I needed to live it first.

The losses came — as they do. Parents. Jobs. The life we had built in one city, packed into boxes and moved to another. In the middle of all of it, something cracked open. Yoga found me. Then Ayurveda. Then meditation. Then coaching — waiting patiently at the end of the thread until I finally had the space to say yes.

I didn't find this work. It found me. Repeatedly. Until I was ready.

I know what it feels like to be capable and still wonder if any of it is yours.

I understand the brewing — the low hum that something needs to change, the moment it becomes impossible to ignore.

And I know what it feels like when it finally clicks. When purpose stops being a question and starts being a direction. When vision emerges and the next right step becomes clear.

That is what I am here to help you find.

Not because I know your path. I don't. Your path is entirely your own.

But I know how to hold the lantern while you walk it.
